Transfer and upload
Sign in, transfer the displayed rental total to the provided bank account, and upload a clear payment receipt. Your booking remains pending until our team reviews it.
Receive confirmation
We verify payment and equipment availability before confirming the booking. Watch your account status and keep your phone available if we need to clarify the setup.
Collect and inspect
Collect from the agreed Panadura or Chilaw location at the agreed time. Check the item, accessories and condition with our team before leaving.
Use the gear responsibly
Keep equipment dry, secure and supervised. Do not repair, modify, lend or sub-rent equipment without written approval from UD Camera Rent & Store.
Return on time
Return every listed item and accessory in the condition received. Contact us early if your schedule changes; extensions depend on the next booking.
